NAVIGATION  Any ticket table > context menu > View > To Go Report

Tickets allow you to print a To Go Report that shows the customer address and contact, the ticket title and description, and lists the last five tickets for the customer.

It also provides a signature line for your customer to acknowledge and approve work performed and parts that were used. If your Autotask administrator has uploaded a logo, your logo will appear on the report.

How to...

  1. To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above. The To Go Report page will open:

  1. Click to print the report and take it to the customer site.
  2. Track any parts used, as well as your time and labor on the space provided.
  3. If required, have the customer acknowledge and approve the work performed.
  4. When you are back in the office, enter your time and materials into Autotask.
